Typical Sales Situations; Doing just enough

You are in your first few years of a sales career and things are going pear shaped. You have found yourself in a company selling products you have no real interest in. It is just a means to an end. Every morning it is the same old drag; the same old faces; the same old products. Yawn! It’s hard to stay awake. You are totally bored with your whole work experience.Perhaps you took your first sales job because this company was the only one who would hire you because of your lack of experience. Now your career is going nowhere and you have become cunning instead of capable. The boss is watching you and so you do just enough to get by. This is not a good situation to be in! You need W2W Formula 4 to get back on track. You are heading into “Nowhere Land” and if you don’t do something about it now, you may never find your way back.

It is a common situation. A small to medium business man wants a sales person, but does not want to pay for a really good one. So he gives young people the chance to get into sales, but in keeping with his budget approach, he does not give any sales training. He does not realise a good salesperson costs nothing, they are a profit to the company.

You have two choices, the first is to learn W2W Formula 4 and achieve or stay as you are and continue doing just enough. Before you decide, remember this: everyone wants a good sales person. If you start achieving, then your boss will treat you totally different. You will be in demand by many companies and you can virtually name your own price.

How can all of this really happen to me? Read and learn the W2W Formula 4 and then put it to work. You will be amazed.

Jealous of over-achievers:

In most sales teams there is frequently one over-achiever. More often than not they do not share their knowledge with others. They are usually the favourite employees and can get away with murder because their results are so good.

How do they do it? Topping the sales targets week after week, while you struggle to make ends meet. It can be daunting to be competing with an over-achiever. It can play with your mind. Jealousy can replace effort and it can suck the competitive spirit out of you. Jealousy is a very negative emotion and to succeed you must rise above it.

In order to reach the next level and to continue growing, you must acquire the knowledge that will elevate you. W2W Formula 4 is tried and proven formula for helping sales people soar with the eagles. It doesn’t matter what you are selling; W2W Formula 4 fits comfortably with all sales people, regardless of whether you are selling Lear Jets or TV’s.

Selling is a lot to do with confidence. W2W Formula 4 provides not just the knowledge, but the confidence that comes with achieving. Provided you stick to the formula and continue to work hard; you can be absolutely assured W2W Formula 4 will elevate you to the over-achiever group and provide you with a level of comfort and security you have only dreamt about.
