@TheZorajk Haha, well, bluntly, customers ARE by and large “fools”. That’s why they need informed and helpful sales people to educate them on what they need and what they don’t. I sell guitars, and the amount of misinformation many people come into the store with is just mind? boggling, and I am genuinely happy to educate them whether they buy a guitar from me or not. I love sharing my knowledge, because it is my specialty, and free access to that knowledge is what I bring to society as sales.
